The PRD-725's integrated needle-valve design is central to how it performs. It sharpens trigger response and keeps atomisation consistent from the first pull to the last, laying down paint in a smooth, uniform pattern with less orange peel and less rework. The optimised air cap and nozzle work alongside it to keep atomisation fine and efficient, reducing overspray and wasted material — useful over a long job where paint cost adds up. Operating at 1.5–2.0 bar (22–29 PSI) with 8.0 CFM air consumption and a 260–300mm spray pattern, it's built to cover panels evenly with fewer passes.
