UK Warranty

12-Month Warranty

We know things can go wrong. Spray guns work hard, and even the best tools occasionally have an off day. That's why every Porphis spray gun we sell comes with a 12-month warranty, backed by people who actually know these guns inside out.

What's covered

For 12 months from the day your order arrives, we've got you covered against genuine manufacturing or material faults under normal use. That includes things like:

• Defects in the body or build of the gun
• Air or paint leaks that were there from the start
• Spray performance problems that aren't down to damage or wear

If something like that crops up, we'll sort it — see "How we put it right" below.

What's not covered

A warranty covers faults, not the normal life of a tool. So the following sit outside it:

  • Everyday wear on parts that naturally wear out — nozzles, needles and seals
  • Damage from drops, knocks or forcing parts apart
  • Problems caused by skipping the cleaning and maintenance in the manual (a gun left full of dried paint is the most common one)
  • Issues from using non-genuine parts
  • Seals damaged by leaving the gun soaking in harsh solvents
  • Anything that's been taken apart or modified by someone other than us or Porphis

None of this affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How we put it right

Drop us an email at sales@rxspray.co.uk with your order number, the gun model, and a quick photo or video of what's happening. It really helps us get to the bottom of it fast.

When a gun comes back to us, one of our technicians tests it properly — we don't guess. If we find a genuine fault, here's what happens:

• Where we can repair it, we will
• If it's a defect we can't repair, we'll replace it
• For confirmed faults, we cover the return postage — you're not out of pocket

Most claims are wrapped up quickly, and we'll keep you updated the whole way through.

A quick honest note on performance

Sometimes a gun isn't faulty — it just isn't the right match for the setup or the job. A low-CFM gun on the wrong compressor, or the wrong nozzle for the material, can feel like a fault when it isn't. If that's what our technician finds, we'll always tell you straight and help you get the right result, whether that's advice, the right nozzle, or the right gun. We'd rather you ended up with kit that works for you than a refund and a bad experience.

Here for the long haul

Warranty or not, we don't disappear after the sale. Need a hand setting up, cleaning or troubleshooting your gun? Just ask. And because we stock the full range of Porphis spare and wear parts, you can keep your gun running for years rather than replacing the whole thing when something wears out.
