Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return: Email sales@rxspray.co.uk to request a returns number before sending anything back. Returns sent without a returns number cannot be accepted. Returns are sent to our supplier warehouse; the return address will be provided when your returns number is issued.

Return carriage: Return postage is the customer's responsibility. If you'd like an estimate of the cost before returning, please ask when you request your returns number. Once we receive the item in clean, resaleable condition, we'll issue a full refund less any carriage costs incurred.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch can be cancelled in full — email sales@rxspray.co.uk. If an order has already been dispatched, the delivery cannot be stopped; you'll need to arrange a return as above.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (less any carriage costs incurred). Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at sales@rxspray.co.uk.
