The PRD-625's MP nozzle system is what sets its pace. It lays down material faster than a typical HVLP gun while keeping droplet distribution fine and uniform, producing a wide, stable fan pattern that covers ground quickly with less overspray. Running at 1.6–2.0 bar with 10.5 CFM air consumption and a 260–300mm spray pattern, it's built to move through primer, base and clear coat stages efficiently — useful on larger jobs like full vehicle resprays where maintaining a wet edge across a panel matters.

Forged Body and Integrated Needle Valve for Everyday Reliability
Underneath, the PRD-625 uses a forged aluminium body with an anodised finish, stainless steel fluid passages, needle and inlet connector, and a brass air cap for better resistance to paint corrosion over time. The integrated needle valve design means fewer separate wear parts to manage and more predictable behaviour as the gun ages, while still being fully serviceable with a standard PRD-62 series repair kit when maintenance is due — straightforward upkeep for a gun that's meant to earn its keep daily.
