The PRD-717 needs no introduction since taking the restoration community by storm in 2024 due to it's outstanding build quality, performance and affordability.
It delivers a smooth and consistent spray pattern, particularly with clear coats which was previously only achievable with high-end precision engineered guns from the likes of ANi, DeVilbiss, Iwata, SATA, Sagola etc.
The innovative split tip 'VS' nozzle design further enhances its misting capability, making the PRD-717 a top choice for both professionals and hobbyists alike.

Shame the back order was so long but understand with the demand being so high for these at the moment. Fast delivery and very impressed with the 717 so far when clearcoating 3 customer repairs. Will be ordering the 715 shortly.
Very good spray gun but disappointing it's not below £200. Exchange rate sucks for GBP at moment :(
Being new to bodywork and painting I had a lot of questions about which spray gun suited my needs. Sales rep Chris was a legend and pointed me in the right direction with the 717.
After a spraying my camper fibreglass roof and the complete front end I am chuffed with the result and look as good as my previous professional body repairs. I am a convert!
I own a Devilbiss and was skeptical about trying a budget gun, but the PRD-715 surprised me! The atomisation is spot-on, and the 1.4mm tip works great for both base coats and clear coats. For a fraction of the price, it’s a total win.
Went for this after seing all the reviews on youtube and ticktock. I have used a few other spray guns such as SATA and DB1, and although the quality isn't quite on par it is pretty damn close and the parts are extremely well machined.
