Digital Diaphragm Air Regulator

PORPHIS PDG-02 Digital Diaphragm Air Regulator

The PDG-02 is a digital diaphragm regulator that mounts at the gun and gives you a clear, accurate pressure reading right where it matters. Set your pressure, spray, and keep it consistent from panel to panel. It now has an upgraded solvent-resistant display lens, so it stands up better to normal refinishing solvents and workshop cleaning.

Benefits when spraying

• Accurate pressure at the gun: you set the pressure you want rather than guessing from a gauge at the compressor, so you lose less pressure through the hose.
• Consistent atomisation: steadier pressure means a more even spray pattern, fewer dry or orange-peel patches, and more repeatable results between coats.
• Easy to read: the digital display is easier to read than a small analogue gauge, so fine adjustments (such as 1.5 vs 1.8 bar) are quick.
• Helps with smaller compressors: reviewers report steady pressure with small compressors, particularly with LVLP guns.
• Easy upkeep: the battery is simple to replace, and the lens is better protected against solvents.
