Nozzle & Needle Kits

The nozzle and needle control how paint is atomised. Smaller sizes (1.2–1.3mm) suit basecoats and clearcoats, while larger sizes (1.8–2.0mm) handle primers and thicker materials.

They're also wear parts. A worn needle or nozzle causes inconsistent patterns and leaking long before the rest of the gun needs attention. Keeping a spare kit on hand means no downtime when it matters.
