HVLP - High Volume Low Pressure Spray Guns
The gold standard for fine-finish work. HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) guns use a large volume of low-pressure air to atomize paint gently, so more of it lands on the surface instead of bouncing back into the air — meaning a smooth, controlled finish with far less waste.
The gravity-fed cup sits on top, letting gravity do the work of feeding paint to the gun, for easy handling and simple clean-up.
-
High transfer efficiency — low pressure means paint sticks, less bounce-back and overspray
-
Gravity-fed simplicity — no external pot needed, easy to load, aim, and clean
-
Handles a range of coatings — lacquers, enamels, primers, and clear coats
-
Fully adjustable — fan pattern, fluid flow, and airflow all dialled in to the job
