Hard Cups

The hard cup is the reusable outer shell of the PPS system — it's what holds the disposable liner in place during mixing and spraying, and what connects to the lid via the quarter-turn locking system.

Unlike the liners and lids which are single-use, the hard cup is designed to last. It supports the liner during paint delivery, keeps everything structurally rigid at the gun, and features built-in mix ratio markings so you can measure and mix directly inside without needing a separate mixing cup. A clear access window lets you check paint levels and grip the liner when removing the lid for refilling or tinting.

Available in multiple sizes to suit different job requirements — from small touch-up work right through to full panel and production spraying.

Replacement hard cups are useful to have on hand if you're running multiple guns or colours simultaneously, or if an existing cup becomes paint-contaminated and needs replacing.
